he reason I bought this MowRo robotic mower (RM24) is to free up my weekends and it is doing exactly what I expected. Yes it needs a perimeter wire and you need to follow the instruction manual for laying a perimeter wire. Take your time to do this one time job and then MowRo will take care of the rest. It comes with 28V battery and good enough for my 4500 sq backyard though it can move upto 10,000 sq ft. Now I am planning to extend to my front yard. When the charge is low it goes back to the dock, re-charge and return to the work. It might miss some small patches in the fist run and if you extend the coverage area (there are option for manual selection of sq ft) it will take care of it after recharge. It also has obstacle avoidance capability. I have used this for 3 weeks and very much satisfied.

Bought RM24 updated and I didn't realize how well it would cut my yard. I will always have a robot mower from now on. Once I did a little maintenance on the outside perimeter in which it starts then follows back to charge. I was treated with polite responses when contacting thru email. I can say nothing negative about the RM24 but I can say the current price is good value.

I'll try to contact the companies before I even received the order to tell him his order by mistake and they will not answer me back. They answering their phone. Nothing don't make a mistake in order from them.

I opted for the refurbished model without wifi. The mower did have old grass stuck to it and other things in the box when it arrived, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. So far, holes in the yard have been the only issue for it. Just fill them up with some sand or dirt and monitor the operation of the mower until you've removed all obstacles.

Just to get the bad or inconvenient or bothersome stuff out of the way. I purchased a refurbished non wifi mower and expected it to be in better shape, though this was stated in the description, I thought would be cleaner and some of the plastics are faded and the display cover is cracked as well.
Turned out that whoever shipped the mower forgot to reset the code to factor settings, and they shipped the mower without cutting blades so it was impossible to test it or even cut grass out of the box. Of course I already went to the trouble of laying out the wire before I found this out, so big let down. I did run into some very frustrating starts, the mower would not find the wire and would throw a lot of error codes. After awhile I read on reddit to try to unplug and plug back in the perimeter wires and that seemed to fix it; again just really bothersome because it was hours of attempts at this point.

Now with all the bad out of the way, the mower is working and functioning perfect! It looks beat up and well used but the battery lasts more than enough to mow the whole back yard without multiple recharges in between. I am very happy with the performance and quality of cut so far. I can't speak to longevity or durability just yet but it's comforting to know that all part to the mower are available for order through this website.
