MowRo warrants its robotic lawn mowers (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the warranty period described below. This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

1. Warranty Duration

• Mower Device: Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
  
• Battery: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  
• Proof of purchase is required. In the absence of proof of purchase, warranty coverage will be based on the manufacturing date printed on the product.
  

2. Warranty Coverage

First Year (0–12 months):

• MowRo will provide replacement parts at no charge.
  
• MowRo’s in-house technicians will perform warranty repairs at no cost to the customer.
  
• MowRo will pay for shipping of the product or component to MowRo for warranty evaluation.
  
• Return shipping of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
  

Second Year (13–24 months):

• Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only, provided at no cost.
  
• Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Customers may elect to have MowRo perform the repair with a flat fee of $75, which includes both labor and shipping.
  

3. Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear items, including blades, wheels, or other consumables.
  
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or modifications.
  
• Damage caused by weather, flooding, lightning, rodents, or other environmental conditions.
  
• Batteries after one (1) year of use.
  
• Commercial or non-residential use.
  

4. Warranty Claims Procedure

To obtain warranty service, contact MowRo Customer Support with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. MowRo may require photos, videos, or diagnostic steps before authorizing a return. If a return is required:

• MowRo will issue a prepaid shipping label for returns during the first year.
  
• During the second year, shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless they choose the $75 labor and shipping option.
  

5. Limitation of Remedies

MowRo’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products or components as described above. Under no circumstances shall MowRo be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or lost time.
