I have been dealing with this mowro over and over and over and I’m still having problems with the phone [****] is not the correct number that I’ve been calling for help with my mower still under warranty and the battery need to be replaced because I have a problem with the battery

I purchased a battery like this in 2023 with the intention of changing it out as well as running all new perimeter wire. I lost my display on my MowRo last fall and it was suggested that I change the battery then. The mower was sent in for repairs in the late spring as still no display. It was returned as working but within 2 days, no display, I was told to try another battery and lo and behold, It's working. The 2023 battery BAD?? So the jury is still out on this one.
